Baking Series: Pies & Tarts
Pies and Tarts can be both sweet and savory and we’ll show you how to properly make both! Learn how to make a classic Quiche Lorraine as well as a sweet tart perfect to enjoy for a spring gathering. We’ll uncover the different types of pie and tart crusts from classic pie dough to a shortbread crust as well as a crumb crust and how to work with all three!
