November 18-December 9: 11am to 7pm (Santa break time: 3-4pm)

December 16: 11am to 8pm (Santa break time: 3-4pm)

All hours and break times are subject to change.

Reservations are strongly recommended as walk-ups are not guaranteed. Guests without a reservation may experience longer wait times or be asked to visit at a different time, especially in December.

All pets must be on a leash, in a carrier, or held by their owner at all times. Owners must sign a release prior to visiting Santa.
